Business SIM Only is run by Forever Communications Limited (company number 07035962), part of Forever Group. Our registered office is Suite D, Astor House, 282 Lichfield Road, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B74 2UG. We are the controller of the personal data you send us through this website. To contact us about your data, use the contact form or write to us at that address.
What we collect
- The details you enter in our enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you are interested in and your message
- The page you sent the enquiry from
- Technical information needed to protect the form from spam: Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and browser information to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the form
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare any quote you ask for and keep a record of what was discussed. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask for a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details.
Who handles it
Forever Group staff who deal with enquiries, and service providers acting on our instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, runs the enquiry form and spam check and stores enquiries in its European database location; it also provides our privacy-friendly visitor statistics, and our email service providers. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, it does so with the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months from the date we receive them and then delete them automatically. If you become a customer, the records we need for your account are kept under our customer terms instead.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or stop using it, and in some cases to transfer it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, but we would welcome the chance to put things right first.
