Who supplies your plans
This site is run by Forever Communications, part of Forever Group. We supply business SIM only plans on EE Business and Three Business, and we can also supply O2 Business and Vodafone Business.
- EE Business: plans are supplied by Forever Communications
- Three Business: plans are supplied by Forever Systems, part of Forever Group
- O2 Business and Vodafone Business: plans are set out in our quote, which names the company you contract with
Your quote and contract name the company you contract with for each line and set out the full terms. You receive them before you commit to anything.
Contracts, prices and VAT
- Prices ex VAT: business mobile charges are quoted excluding VAT
- Minimum terms: each plan runs for the minimum term in your contract, such as 1, 12 or 24 months depending on the network and plan
- Annual price changes: networks change monthly charges each April as set out in the contract; prices, including Three's annual April price change, are confirmed at quote and set out in your contract
- Leaving early: ending a line before its minimum term can carry an early termination charge, and under Ofcom's rules your provider sends that information with your PAC or STAC
- Account checks: each network runs its own status and credit checks before opening a business account
- Usage outside the plan: calls, texts and data outside your allowance, such as premium-rate or international calls, are charged as set out in the network's price guide
Plan names, allowances and network terms change from time to time, so the details that apply to you are the ones in your quote and contract.

Switching and keeping your number
Ofcom's switching rules apply to every UK mobile provider. A PAC (to keep your number) and a STAC (to take a new number) are free and valid for 30 days, and your current provider sends information about any early termination charge with the code. Ofcom also says your old provider must not charge you for a notice period after the switching date. The switch date for your lines is agreed when you order.
Our guides to keeping your number, the PAC code and the STAC code explain the process in full.
